REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Livion, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted for purchases made on https://www.livionworld.com/.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (30 DAYS)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

(If you plan to sell hygiene-sensitive products later, we can add exclusions.)


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@livionworld.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.


4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return:

  1. Email support@livionworld.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Payment providers may include:

  • Shopify Payments
  • Stripe
  • PayPal

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, email support@livionworld.com

8. EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@livionworld.com with details.


9. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
