1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch preparation
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).


2. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Since we work with global fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary based on location:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • India: 6–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the Site

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

Livion is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply

8. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package appears lost:

  • Contact us at support@livionworld.com
  • Allow us up to 7 business days to investigate with the carrier

If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact support@livionworld.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage

We will assess and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


10. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately due to:

  • Supplier location differences
  • Product availability

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (in some regions)
  • Certain restricted or sanctioned countries
